This is a deep seat dressage saddle with a medium twist and has moveable thigh blocks and an adjustable stirrup bar.

The Artiste offers the HART technology of adjustable gullet for various widths, riser system for panel balance, and adjustable stirrup bar. These features allow the saddle to be customized for both rider and horse.

Bates Artiste dimensions:

We take our panel measurements of the total inside length of the panel from seam to seam. Based on this, the Bates Artiste features the following panel measurements:
Size 0 – approximately 52 cm (20.5 inches)

Size 1 = approximately 54cm (21 inches)
Size 2 = approximately 56cm (21.5 inches)

We take our flap length measurements from the center of the stirrup bar, down to the bottom of the flap. 

Size 0 – approximately 16.5 inches

Size 1 and 2 – approximately 17 inches.
